A History of Heartwork

THE GODREJ LEGACY

Since 1897

Every day, 1.1 billion people around the world experience Godrej.

Founded over 125 years ago during the Swadeshi Movement, Godrej has shaped India’s progress—from pioneering safes and vegetable oil soaps to crafting ballot boxes for the country’s first election.

Across real estate, consumer goods, finance, chemicals and agriculture, our success comes from the passion our people bring to their work. In real estate, this translates into high-quality, sustainable spaces designed for life beyond work—places to think, create, connect and recharge.

We believe we are only as good as what we do next. Our commitment to people, the planet and progress has built a legacy of trust, innovation and impact—one we continue to grow every day.
