PIROJSHA GODREJ Chairman
Pirojsha Godrej wears many hats— Executive Vice Chairperson of the Godrej Industries Group, Executive Chairperson of Godrej Properties and Godrej Housing Finance as well as Non-Executive Director at Godrej Consumer Products and Godrej Agrovet. As a visionary leader, he led Godrej Properties to become India’s largest publicly listed real estate developer in 2016, a position it has retained for the past 5 years.
Pirojsha is more than his impressive titles though. This Wharton and Columbia alumnus is known for his passion for sustainability and the environment. His efforts towards driving India’s green real estate initiatives have resulted in Godrej properties being ranked No.1 in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark in 2020 and Pirojsha being awarded the IGBC Green Champion Award in 2016.
KARAN BOLARIA Managing Director & CEO
Karan believes in creating iconic spaces that go beyond work. As the Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Fund Management, his vision is to create developments that are more than buildings—they are ecosystems that elevate the cities they inhabit.
Living and working from Singapore and India, Karan brings with him the kind of international perspective that is driving India’s aspirations to become a global giant in the field. As a strong advocate for more transparency in the real estate industry, he also works as a member of the Manager Advisory Council at ANREV, the leading platform for investors in the Asia Pacific non-listed real estate industry to drive meaningful change in this direction.
